we stayed in a premium queen room with two queen beds for 3 nights, and the soaking tub with a TV was a fantastic feature! the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. i loved the convenience of valet parking, especially with the snow.

The indoor pool was a huge hit with our son. The premium queen room was spacious and super comfy, with amazing beds and a soaking tub with a TV. Staff were friendly and the valet service was a lifesaver, especially with the snow. We had everything we needed for a relaxing time.

The hotel boasts a serene ambiance that makes it feel exclusive despite being in a bustling city. The saltwater lap pool offers a refreshing option for exercise, complemented by a well-equipped gym that stands out for any hotel.

For the $800 per night price tag, the Premier King Room felt smaller than expected, and the pillows provided minimal comfort. While the dining options include a bar and restaurant, both areas are quite cramped, making the experience below par, especially when paying premium prices for food that doesn't live up to the hotel’s standard. Additionally, the absence of a minibar in the room was disappointing considering the room rate, and valet parking can be rather slow at peak times, which could be frustrating.
